We produce SHB Fancy (Strictly Hard Bean) and Micro lots. Our processes include: Washed, Honey and Natural. Our coffee is patio and raised bed dried.

Finca Catalan de Las Mercedes is a pioneering coffee farm that has been a family-owned estate since 1851 in the Chimaltenango region of Guatemala, under the ownership of the Hammond family.
Together with their two sons, Benjamin and Elliot, Nicholas and Angela are striving to harvest the best coffee for your final cup!
CATALAN EDUCATIONAL CENTER
With every purchase of the merchandise products, as well as of our coffee, you will support our educational center at the farm.
Led by Nicholas and Angela Hammond, the Catalan Education Center is a place where children receive education, get nurtured and learn basics like hygiene and harvesting their own vegetables.
